Shipping & Returns Terms:

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Shipping, unless otherwise noted.  Excluding handling, which can take up to an additional 2 days, shipping will take 1-3 days depending on your location in the United States.  We only ship to the contiguous United States at this time.  If you live outside of the US, your order will be cancelled.  Thanks for your understanding.

All returns are issued in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have the original tags STILL ATTACHED.  Items must be free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, and any other smells.

Items must be received within 14 from original purchase date.  

All items are carefully inspected and packed to ensure that they are free from defects.  In the event that you believe you have received incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, you MUST first contact customer service before attempting to return the item. 

If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it, as it will be rejected.

All return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.  We do not provide return labels or credit any shipping in the event of a return.

Please note, we do not allow exchanges because we cannot guarantee that we have an exchange readily available.  The item must be returned and repurchased at the time of receiving your in store credit.

We suggest using UPS or USPS Priority with tracking for return shipping.  We are not responsible for lost return packages.


To return an item by mail, please sign into your account and fill out the return request form.  We will get back with you via phone or email.

 Same Day Local Delivery Terms:

Great news local Indiana customers, we are offering same day local delivery!  We are currently only offering it to 46074, 46062, and 46032 zip codes.  We will hopefully be adding more areas of Hamilton County soon.  The same day fee is ONLY $5.00!  Orders must be placed Monday through Saturday before 2:00PM ET, with guaranteed delivery by 7:00PM!  In the event of inclement weather, local delivery will not show up as an option during checkout.  Packages will be left on your doorstep, mailbox, or if you would like them left with a neighbor, or elsewhere, please enter that in the 'order comments' at checkout.  A picture will then be emailed to the provided email address verifying that the delivery was made.  Important: Once a delivery has been made and proof has been shown, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  PLEASE ensure you are home or that a safe place has been dedicated for drop-off.  If you have a safe box or access code please provide the code in the 'order comments' section.  We can also deliver to workplaces within these zip codes.  If after an order has been placed and the delivery address is not within the required zip codes stated, USPS priority shipping will automatically be applied, as well as any difference in shipping costs.
