Shipping & Returns

We hope that you love your purchase!  In the event that you don't, we can help!

All returns are issued in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have the original tags STILL ATTACHED.  Items must be free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, and any other smells.

Items must be received within 14 from original purchase date.  

All items are carefully inspected and packed to ensure that they are free from defects.  In the event that you believe you have received incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, you MUST first contact customer service before attempting to return the item. 

If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it, as it will be rejected.

All return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.  We do not provide return labels or credit any shipping in the event of a return.

Please note, we do not allow exchanges because we cannot guarantee that we have an exchange readily available.  The item must be returned and repurchased at the time of receiving your in store credit.

We suggest using UPS or USPS Priority with tracking for return shipping.  We are not responsible for lost return packages.

 

To return an item by mail, please sign into your account and fill out the return request form.  We will get back with you via phone or email.

For IN STORE returns you may return your item to our store for in store credit which is only available for use in store.  We do NOT reimburse shipping.  Your in store credit can only be used IN STORE if you chose to return this way.  

 

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT DO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS.  OUR ONLINE STORE AND IN STORE PRICES MAY DIFFER AND WE DO NOT GRANT PRICE ADJUSTMENTS IN THIS INSTANCE.
